Dr. Brown is a licensed psychotherapist in the State of New York with over 20 years of private practice experience.  She specializes in helping cope with anxiety, stress, phobias, depression and anger.  She meets with clients individually and in group settings.

Dr Brown has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Social Work and a Doctorate in Family and Community Education from Columbia University.  She teaches at several New York area colleges and conducts mental health seminars for the New York Department of Human Services.  Dr. Brown is also a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
